A Magical Train Ride and Wizarding Village Adventure
Your adventure begins before you board. Follow the Enchanted Forest path into Wizards Way Village, where visiting wizards of all ages can explore magical shops, play outdoor games, take a hay ride, and participate in hands-on activities—including creating a magical potion.
Then report to Platform 4.501 for a round-trip train ride with Professors Americus Hillmore and Dahlia Jade. At Chamberlain Crossing, continue the magical experience and watch the locomotive turn before returning to Grand Junction.

Potions & Spells Special-Tea
Enhance your magical adventure with our enchanting Potions & Spells Special-Tea. All tea experiences begin at 3:30 PM and include themed treats, a magical atmosphere, and unforgettable memories.

Your Wizarding Adventure
Begin with a walk through the Enchanted Forest into Wizards Way Village. Explore magical shops, seasonal treats, outdoor games, a family-friendly hay ride, and hands-on activities. Participating children receive an activity wristband at check-in, and adults are welcome to join the activities.

The train ride is approximately 15 minutes to Chamberlain Crossing, 20 minutes at the station, and 15 minutes back. Including the Enchanted Forest and Wizards Way Village, plan approximately 2.5 hours for the complete experience.
- What are the operating hours for Wizards Way Village?
- Fridays: 4:00 PM–10:00 PM
- Saturdays: 2:30 PM–10:00 PM
- Sundays: 2:30 PM–7:00 PM
- What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes the round-trip train ride, Enchanted Forest and Wizards Way Village access, hands-on magical activities, outdoor games, a hay ride, professor interactions, and the turntable demonstration. Participating children receive an activity wristband at check-in.

Yes. The activities are designed for visiting wizards of all ages, and adults are welcome to participate.

- Can we purchase tickets on the day of the event?
Advance purchase is strongly recommended because trains may sell out. A limited number of same-day tickets may be available, subject to availability.
- What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. Guests who purchase Trip Protection for 15% of the ticket price may cancel up to 24 hours before departure and receive a refund minus the Trip Protection fee. Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or by text to 423-894-8028. Trip Protection cannot be added after booking.
